Why are you so afraid of short-selling? If you are correct Douglas, in GCHC being so great, then the short sellers will have to cover and that extra buying will help propel the stock. Short sellers in this scenario create extra fuel. If you are wrong, and GCHC is crap, and the stock falls, well, the short sellers are STILL there to buy the stock, and thus provide a floor. However, advising investors to hold their shares in physical form, is suicide, as physical certs are for practical purposes less liquid that shares held in "street name" and the poor saps who request the physicals will find it too late to sell once the flood has begun. Once the avalanche has started it is too late for the pebbles to vote. I strongly suggest you read this post, and the thread... Message 8985336 Buyer Beware!
