More defining things into the comfort zone, it seems to me.

The date rapist who rapes once, never does again, and leads a life during which he never appears to have the need for psychiatric treatment, is now defined as 'insane.' I don't know why. I'd define him as a shit.

Should they be able to plead insanity as a legal defense?
