For heaven's sake....the board of directors picked EP and Rosen was the big dog on the board of directors. Looks like the board was a sleep at the wheel of the Titanic.

As for Rose, his recent performance at the MSFT-DOJ trial hardly showed him in a favorable light. Rose reminds me of some executives who have made it to the top by their attention to suckup politics rather than by insight, skill and intrinsic merit. I do not see any evidence of vision in the guy much less character.
