Darren,

Thanks for your views and opinions re NMSS. Your points are perhaps why NMSS was once a $50 stock last year and now traded at $4. These issues are known and I'd add the most significant reason to the stock price is their recent earnings.

However, given NMSS' $2+ per share cash position, management seems understand their problems and are trying to fix them, their OpenTelecom initiatives, CompactPCI work with Cisco, Fusion3 deal with Siemens, insiders buying, and plus, I mostly respect the company's cofounder Brough Turner whose monthly columns on CTI Magazine are well written and insightful. The further downside risk to own NMSS at this level is very small as compared to huge potential via possible turnaround in the near future. After all, NMSS is one of the top vendors in its fields and institutions owns over 70% until recently.

Thanks again and happy investing,

Charlie
