What is relevant, perhaps, is that Aurl filed their annual report on Thursday, and it didn't look very impressive. Despite stating that 1998 was their big year for new product, and impressively increasing their revenue from $1,640 to $25,328 their loss increased from ($17,690) to ($34,024). (Partly because of some big dividend this year of $15,518 on preferred stock). The revenue increase might have been worrying, but for the fact they also filed for a 1 for 15 reverse stock split! Things don't look so healthy for Aurl, with or without the lawsuit.
