David,

Welcome to SI.

I look forward to a more intelligent discussion of VNE's fortunes than your companies supporters have been able to offer so far.

Question 1. What revenues does VNE expect during the next 1, 3 or 5 years? On what basis would those revenues become payable?

Question 2. What caused the private placement to fail? What is the prime reason not to prepare a prospectus and issue shares to the public at large? Surely VNE would benefit by paying less than "the maximum discount allowed by the ASE" for issuing those shares.

Question 3. Re your fifth point: Is there anything I've posted that you believe is not factual; and is not, in fact, based upon one of VNE's filings? If so, what specifically is it?

Question 4. How many staff are classified as full time employees of VNE? And what are their positions? Your SEDAR filings indicate that consultants and other temporary staff have been acquired.

Again, welcome to SI,
Ian.
