In Ireland, stock options aren't as popular as they are
here. So this may not affect Iona in keeping their
personnel.

As far as granting options I think they will have to be
wary at least about repricing after this big fall. But as
far as approved options go, I guess you're right, any
new grants would be timely for those concerned. Is
this your little conspiracy theory? ;-)
