Bob, I thank you for your effort, but I find the company response lacking. If it is a BLM claim, then why not say so. If it is a contractural lease with the owner, then just say so. My interest is that the company have a valid legal calim to mine the properties that they profess to have. I am not interested in any further surprizes like the permitting of the H. property. I am also not interested in a public company with "secret" contracts. Particularly when I have no faith in management. Nope, no further investment here, Jack!!
