Jim - As I said to Jill, I don't think not having a vision is necessarily a bad thing. But if you think DELL has a vision, can you take a stab at explaining it to me? I am being quite sincere when I say I have never seen or heard one articulated for or by DELL and I am genuinely mystified by what it might be. Usually when a company thinks it is important to have a unifying vision they make a point of getting a tight definition of that vision articulated inside the company and in the market. If DELL has done this I am unaware of it but I am willing to be educated.
