Sword,go back and read the EXSO thread,you are misinterpreting..Interesting, as bad as these PP's are,,it is cheaper to place $3mm more in floorless debs at a 30% discount,than borrow from Gordon and pay him .40 for a .15 loan<g>, you only have to pay the PP holder .195 for that .15 loan.(both options appear floorless on conversion).DD
