On Friday, I saw a
lot of churning, as though the up-move got exhausted.

I did not watch AMZN very closely. The brief times I watched time and sales it seemed the larger bloks were being sold into smaller buys. It looked like dilution to the retail buyer. The morning trade was institutions buying from the appearance.

As someone posted to me, shorting amzn is like picking up a dime in front of a moving
bull-dozer. Basically, it is done for the sport.

This is true because there is no rhyme or reason for anything. Analyst's buy re-its come out of nowhere. Can't tell when. The bond holders do not have a lock up period for selling their converted shares. That is a lot of shares for the market to absorb. Once when it is mentioned that AMZN has opened another large distribution center in Nevado the stock flyes. The next time in Kansas no one seemed to care. I believe the announcement for going into auctions was good for a one time bounce. Etc. LOL...

Good luck.
