3COM does not seem like a bad idea as an investment. I think a lot of companies could use their operating systems for certain devices. I bet an IBM could use a company like that and extend the usage of this system. I am thinking possible takeover. No chance for Microsoft ude to anti-trust considerations. After Microsoft's earnings, i might look into it.
