Simplot semi-news: The US Interior Department in a complicated effort to settle multi-billion dollar claims resulting form its (by their own admission) inept management of assets of native americans is going to be changing thousands of leasing deals. According to the Interior Department these include "lands using for potato farming in Idaho". This may effect Simplot's potato biz.
