sds: You do not know what you are talking about, companies of all sizes are downsizing when necessary, or face oblivion. IMP amuch smaller company DS, ZCAD DS, just to give two recent examples. You look at their SG&A relative to sales, and you will see what I mean. If they do not, they'll bleed to death. They have a debt load of 100MM, that ust cost them $ 8 MM/year, while operating profits stink.
