Sorry, I'm not one for trying to read much into the apparently random movements of a thinly-traded microcap stock such as BLTI. The MM's have inumerable techniques for separating investors from their cash and the daily fluctuations in price are probably part of their efforts.

This stock is solidly based in the 3's until FDA approval or overseas sales start to kick in. I expect one or more of these events to occur before year's end at which time stock should move to at least 6, more likely 8 to 10. All such speculation is subject to no major correction in the overall market. Should that happen, all bets are off.
