KLOC is a dog with fleas. 70 million short-term debt. Lost $6,000,000 last quarter. They've lost money for years. The banks own them. I know an insider who already dumped his stock. Without SEARCH worth low single digits at best. SEARCH may work but it won't make this company a winner on its own. They need a lot more. Still it's dropped 35% from its high so if you wantto be a brave trader with nimble trigger finger be my guest. I prefer blue chip company IPO backdoor investments like BKS. In fact BKS is the only one of its kind. #1 so says Red Herring. A lot less downside than KLOC which if it slips could go all the way down. Yes I've played little dogs like this for bounces but half the time I get reamed. I'd rather slep at night knowing that nomatter what happens I own a piece of the biggest bookseller in the world and the possible AMAZON killer nw that they're buying Ingrams and are partnered with AOL. Happy investing.
