Toby, I just wandered over from the actv thread. I'm sure that Malone and Rupert will make this a winner. I understand that actv's tech will be used in TV Guide Interactive. I think that the implications for advertising and ecommerce are staggering. I only have one question. I have not followed the legal disputes between TVGIA and GMST closely. Can you summarize the current situation and give me your take on the likely outcome? Thanks, Jim
