RENO, Nev., April 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Wattage Monitor Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: WMON - news) announced today that in accordance with the terms of its recent merger with WattMonitor LLC, it intends to register the approximately 8,250,000 currently outstanding but unregistered shares of common stock. Once registered, and upon delivery of a prospectus, the holders thereof could sell their shares in the market unless the otherwise restricted from doing so. The Company's founders, who hold approximately 5,950,000 of the shares being registered, have agreed with the Company not to sell any of their shares before August 26, 1999 and no more than 20% of their shares between August 26, 1999 and February 26, 2000, after which no contractual restrictions will remain. There are currently 3,000,000 freely tradable shares of Wattage Monitor Inc. common stock.
