To All, Have you gotten your shareholder packet yet ?? I just did. One twist I didn't fully appreciate before is that after we give 25.5M shares to SSI, they will be the major shareholder, and THEY will own us, not the other way around. I see also that David Krenbrink is proposed (as well as Hugh Maddin and Hans de Graf) as new Directors of BXS. If anyone speaks with Jim Bond, please try to find out if he is comfortable with all this. Can he handle David ?? My concern: Jim has had a hard time trying to work with David in the past because David kept screwing Jim (and us) with apparently dumb actions -- actions which I suspect are made only because David thinks will benefit himself. With that kind of "damn the torpedos" attitude, I worry about how he might sacrifice my (and your) interests for his own gain, once he controls the show. Anyone else worried or am I just paranoid ?? Walter P.S. Still trying to figure out how to vote my 60K shares. (Not that there really is much choice ...)
