Thanks Richard. I got the Netscape downloaded yesterday. I am waiting for someone to answer my message 2983. You seem to be the smart guy on this board which I read quite often. I want to get a big new computer built for me locally, so I will have someone to help me get it all set up. Pentium 450 or 500,128 mb ram, 40X CD-rom, that is about all I know that I want. All I do with this computer is trade stocks, research stocks, and email. So I do not want a pre-loaded computer off the shelf with all that junk I will never use. I do my recordkeeping in Excel because that it what I know from the job I lost last year.

I have lousy ISP and don't think that will ever change. Just found out today how to do trace routes. Just did one to SI and after it got through Sprint, it said Go2Net "Destination not reachable." This goes on every night between 6-11 pm.

But I can get a big computer and "Browsemaster" and once I get the stuff off the internet, I can read it. ISP works fine during the day so I can at least position trade and make a little money.

Now I hope this message goes through. I hope you or someone will answer me. Thanks.

Edit: Halleluiah!! I can send messages but I can't pull them up to read until people go to sleep and free up the lines. Go figure. I do live in the boonies.
