Bob, I wish there was reason to take such a benign view of this matter, but to be blunt, it would be extremely naive. I can live with Gordon having 20 million shares. I cannot live with him having 41-47 million shares. Why not convert his loan at $.30? How about no more multi-million stock grants until the accumulated deficit is erased. At $37.8 million, it would appear that the stockholders' contributions to TSIG would dwarf Gordon's. Regards, Suzanne
