As I have said before, I don't want to see Gordon taking ANY more of those 26M shares at .15/share until the company has at least 100M in revenues and is earning at least .20/share.

And then he should be paying significantly more than .15/share. Preferably the company can pay him back out of their soon to be achieved profitability. IMO, getting any more shares at .15 would indeed be raping the shareholders. At least until 100M in revenues and significant earnings.

I wonder if RG would be willing to make such a committment?
