eS, here's my setup fwiw:
Dell Dimension XPSr w/ Pentium II, 400 mhz
256 mb ECC sdRAM, 10 gig hd, dialup 56kflex modem, cordless Logitech mouse,
Appian J3 quad video card connected to one 21" viewsonic (for futures, position minder w/ 35-40 stocks, option montage, day buying window), one 15" viewsonic flat panel for intraday graphs, another 15" flat panel viewsonic for 2 level II screens w/ ticker, and final (4th screen) 19" viewsonic for broadtape (djnews). Resolution set @ 1024x768.
Granted, this is a bit much, but I hate enlarging/reducing windows and dragging them all over a single screen. I like everything layed out so i can just point and click. Good luck. |
