While you are correct in your three factors that they have in common you are missing one CRITICAL factor in the equation: MARKET PRESENSE. Unfortunately, Go2Net is not mentioned on the national news five times a day and doesn't have the obvious "prime mover" advantage that the other companies you mentioned have. Obewon
