I'm frankly surprised that the spellchecker knows how to spell it. Like everybody else who writes for travel magazines, I show these things around when I travel, and get all kinds of little free goods & services from people & businesses that want to get covered. It helps if the stuff looks competent. People do know how to spell it here. I have no idea why it is spelled that way.
