Here is the information on the Rainwater investment from the news release. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz In connection with this possible strategic alliance, Goff Moore reported on a Schedule 13G filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 8, 1999 that it holds 5.7% or 306,075 shares of Pilgrim stock.
The Pilgrim shares owned by Goff Moore were acquired in the open market and from Pilgrim's CEO, Robert W. Stallings and Pilgrim's CFO, James R. Reis. Stallings reported that he sold 60,000 shares and Reis reported he sold 20,000 shares to Goff Moore. The shares sold by Stallings and Reis represent a small part (less than 10% each) of their total holdings in Pilgrim.
