Has anyone heard of "Kaiden, SA" or Martin Kaiden, or his company "The Martin Kaiden Company, Inc." (a.k.a. "The Kaiden Company") ? Possibly "Kaiden, SA" is a Swiss or other offshore company.

Martin Kaiden is a former broker-dealer from New York state who was successfully litigated against by the SEC in 1997-1998, for a securities fraud.

"Kaiden, SA" is the majority shareholder of Crys-Tel Telecommunications (OTC-BB: CYSS), according to the 15c2-11 Information Statement referenced in an analyst's report. Does anyone know how to find this 15c2-11 ?

I am trying to determine if there is a connection between "Kaiden, SA" and Martin Kaiden.

My post on the CYSS thread, with additional information: Message 9000062
