I'm still around as well. My opinions haven't changed on the claims, and what has happened (filing of the notice of appeal) was expected. I see no real reason for the price jump now (other than PR), but I'm waiting for the briefs to be filed. Carl Oppedahl said he hopes to continue posting the briefs, and I look forward to reading them. i agree the firm handling the appeal is top notch. IMO this is a risky stock, but the upside is huge. I still think we have a better chance on appeal (with patent judges) than at the trial level (with a non-patent judge). IN the interest of disclosure, I was one of the sellers on the "MRosen" run up in April last year, and when the decision came out I was not long. Since the decision I bought quite a few shares around 0.30, and have sold most of them in the past week. I hope to rebuy back under 0.30 before October. GRC
