Key Executive Responsible for the Advertising for Several Microsoft Business Units Joins Leading Online Insurance Marketer

HealthAxis.com, a subsidiary of Provident American Corporation PAMC and the Internet's leading online insurance marketer, today announced the appointment of Scott Rabschnuk as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Rabschnuk will assume overall responsibility for HealthAxis.com's marketing activities.

Mr. Rabschnuk brings extensive marketing experience to HealthAxis.com in both the Internet and consumer goods arenas. He joins HealthAxis.com from Anderson & Lembke, one of the world's leading interactive advertising agencies, where he was responsible for the advertising across multiple business units at Microsoft - the world's leading online advertiser. Under Mr. Rabschnuk's leadership, Anderson & Lembke emerged as Microsoft's principal agency in the United States.

Mr. Rabschnuk has been honored with a "Sales and Marketing Executive of the Year" award from the Sales and Marketing Executives of the San Francisco Bay Area. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1986.
