BTGC also has a patent lawsuit. However while it is pending in court ,GNE won to delay marketing in USA of BTGC growth Hormone.
If BTGC can show and prove than GNE was using these as delay tactics etc it may win damages.
They may eventually get to court and try the case. GNE is using the courts system to delay market entry.
