Cnnet:Just because they filed the 144 doesn't mean they are selling their stock.By SEC Regs they must file in advance before selling.Many times 144's are filed preadvance in case of a price rise.Also you may want to check again since the blocks you are referring to are just named as shareholders and not company officers(insiders/per-se)!!
