LatinGold Inc - NP says LatinGold explores Internet LatinGold Inc LAT Shares issued 20,989,178 1999-04-16 close $0.57 Monday Apr 19 1999 The National Post reports in its Saturday, April 17, edition that LatinGold joined other junior mineral explorers by saying it too would explore the potential of the Internet by developing a travel Web site. The National Post's Garry Marr writes in his Market Action column that the company says it plans to "take advantage of the tremendous growth opportunities and optimism surrounding e-commerce in the travel industry." LatinGold also say the Toronto Stock Exchange has accepted its application to sell 20 million shares in a private placement at six cents a share, which is expected to fetch $1.2-million.
