Hi yosi, thanks for the clarifications. I am aware of the suit between BTGC and GNE, but I am not sure if BTGC is playing any role in the one between UA and BTGC. The trouble is that delay tactics etc are unfortunately common legalistic maneuver. That said, I agree that if BTGC can establish a pattern, the ruling judge may force a scheduled trial day. And of course, if BTGC wins, the longer the delay, the more the reward! best, Bosco
