Benign view and naive instead of optmomistic outlook may be the difference of the personal take on the situation. Until exercised, if all or partially done, we will not know who is all or partially correct. I have the "Let's see." outlook and others have the "Oh my God." attitude.

The mechanism has been put in place and we will see if the situations occur that could cause the action to happen. Each investor will have to weigh for themselves if the potential ability of the CEO to have a majority stake or controlling interest in his company is proper and just. We have to wait to evaluate the continuing ability of Gordon to lead this company toward and eventually accomplishing the goals he has set in motion. The future might show that these potential options are justified. That is a decision we all have to make as the company's plan and accomplishments materialize and/or the CEO exercises his rights for how much and when.
