Hi: I know earlier this year Dave DuPre travelled to Italy and he looked at a property there. The property was not to his liking. Following that trip Dave spent some time on the sidelines because he experienced some surgery. I know he recently was to review a property at Quebec. Perhaps FTR has decided the Quebec property is to be acquired. I suspect an announcement will soon clarify the company's recent activities. Ian, are you around and can you speak to FTR's plans? Trevor
