Michael, I have seen this sort of thing happen more than once. Of course, it is not coincidence....and probably considered by the Specialists and Market Makers as a godsend that they can't quite believe they have had the good fortune to receive. Imagine being on the inside of the trading market and being able to not only gap prices, but collude in switching off millions of trading accounts. I refer you to the writings of Richard Ney. He has written 3 books. Any one of them should enlighten you somewhat. As for the SEC, I don't hold out much hope for action from that quarter. You are on your own, son. Cheers, Bond
