kevin,

<<Why is everyone so interested in a nineteen year old's advice?>>

I don't think this is the case. I only know of a couple people who take his advice seriously. I think some use his advice as a contrarian indicator. I think many others like to hear what he says for entertainment value. I honestly don't think too many people take him or his huge ego seriously. The problem with Sal is he is real quick to brag when he makes a correct prediction but you don't see him promoting all his bad calls which are well documented on SI. His short term predictions/guesses are 50/50 at best. The same success rate as most short term guessers.

Back to USRX, I think Cowell is not being given enough credit for knowing his industry and what is best for our company. He has a hell of a lot more at stake then any of us do so I have to believe he is doing what is in the best interest of USRX and the shareholders. Timing may be a little off but I'm sure everyone involved figured that the sooner this thing gets going the faster it can start paying off. Cowell has a long term contract with the new company so he has a long term stake in this deal. Why would he go out of his way to approach COMS if he didn't think this would benefit all shareholders including himself. He is giving up total leadership and making other compromises. People have to ask themselves why would this proven well respected super CEO leader who built a multi-billion dollar empire agree to take second seat if he didn't think it was a good deal for all?
