I think advertising in Business Week is extremely positive. Their is a natural dynamic feedback process that happens through advertising in the more popular business journals. Most professionals read them, and it raises awareness for when they start hitting similar problems with their own web service... who do they turn to.... "the best use INKTOMI"... so then it goes... "maybe we should check with them and see if they can help us".
Great marketing strategy!!!!!
