I wouldn't get too excited about this 13G. Firstly, Martek isn't located in Wisconsin and this entity has been an investor in Martek for quite some time. As of Jan, 1998 they held 1.28 million shares and a 13G earlier this year has them holding 1.32 million shares. The increase in the last three months to 1.65 million shares is a nice vote of confidence, but I wouldn't read too much more into it.
