I guess what worries me, and I will be the first to say I don't know Mr. Rosen, is that perhaps he picks people and tells them to perform. If they don't he gets someone else. I think it is best when whoever is excersizing control be familiar with the company and activly help formulate the plans. Otherwise there is the risk of just picking people because they are smooth talkers and have a nice golf game.
