Zolt,
The article is "on the money" regarding the timeliness of Judge Wright's decision. A ruling prior to the impeachment hearings would have possibly swayed public opinion to the point the Demos would have had no choice but to vote for conviction in the senate. Her delay was a major contributing factor in justice being denied. I only hope that the country can survive this miscarriage of justice.
