Hi POPO. I believe that CHEZ, Inc. was a PR firm sometime back that FNTN used and if I am not mistaken they most likely received stock as either part or full payment for their services. I could be wrong here, so if anyone else has any more information maybe they could post it. Regards, Bill Fortune III
