INFORMATION-HIGHWAY.COM CHOOSES LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK TO ENTER
Internet Markets in 20 U.S. Cities
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Information- Highway.com, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IHWY) announced today that it had agreed to use Level 3 Communications Network (Nasdaq: LVLT) in order to expand its Internet Access Services in 20 U.S. Cities & States.
Information-Highway.com will use the Level 3 Communications' IP-based network to provide Internet Access and other IP-based services to users in the following cities and states on or after the dates specified below:

nationwide. Through the accumulation of dial-up ISP subscribers in
large U.S. cities through Virtual Internet Access we can rely on the

dial-up access and design of our portals. We based our model on that of
a famous Internet book vendor named Amazon.com. Amazon.com has been
extremely successful in using revenue sharing agreements in order to

Information-Highway.com will serve as a Virtual ISP and provide Internet Access to users nationwide. Using the Level 3 Network for Internet access, Information-Highway.com can transmit data from local ports and provide dial-up Internet access through local phone numbers in numerous U.S. cities while still stationed in Canada. The Virtual ISP business has been made famous by and has proven to be extremely scalable for Virtual ISP companies America Online, MSN, Earthlink, and MindSpring.
Information-Highway.com will be performing a private offering (506 offering) to qualified shareholders to raise $1.6 million to fast track its expansion of our Internet Access Service in the 20 U.S. cities.
