jdb, The SEC investigation talk has been around for six weeks. What is the end result? The SEC will report (in about a year) that online brokers could have done more for their customers but the network buildout was not sufficient to handle the onslaught of customers that has grown beyond projections. By the time the SEC makes a report the problems will be over. cd
