<LCOS>

The new deal including USA networks, Ticketmaster Online/City Search, and LCOS may not go through. If it does, given the current price of USAI, TMCS, and LCOS, LCOS shareholders will get $90/share (where it's currently at). I did the calculations myself. The downside is very, very small from here.

If the USAI/TMCS/LCOS deal does not go through, which is a very, very strong possibility given CMGI's stake and their playing hardball, LCOS will skyrocket.
