4.4 million warrants expire today. This "undilutes" the total shares of EMR by 10 %. This is my opinion on what is going on. *We have a company that developed a new technology using microwaves. The technology has been proven. No competition. EMR has patented the technologies. **PROBLEM # 1 that arose. * "THE TECHNOLOGY WORKED, BUT WOULD IT WORK AT LARGE SCALE?" *SOLUTION*. "EMR BUILT A PILOT PLANT IN LINCOLN N.B. AND PROVED THE TECHNOLOGY AT LARGE SCALE". Many Many companies are interested in this technology (including most of the biggest gold mining companies in the world). EMR is in various stages of negotiations with dozens of these companies. (Tentative agreements have even been signed with some big companies). *PROBLEM # 2 that arose. * "EMR DID NOT HAVE THE ENGINEERING EXPERTISE TO BUILD OR INCORPORATE THEIR TECHNOLOGY INTO EXISTING MINES OR NEW MINES". *SOLUTION*. "EMR SIGNS A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH A GIANT WORLDWIDE ENGINEERING COMPANY……..BATEMAN PROJECT HOLDING OF SOUTH AFRICA". The MOU was signed in NOV. /98. Bateman (at some point in time) will make a SIGNIFICANT investment in EMR in order to become the preferred engineering company for all of EMR's technologies. A primary objective of both companies was to have a fully operational plant (using EMR technology) up and running, on-site at a mine, before summer of 1999. **THIS IS WHAT WE ARE PRESENTLY WAITING FOR *. 1) Awaiting a new update of the companies activities. 2) Awaiting the final signing of Bateman and the announcement of their ' SIGNIFICANT INVESTMENT'. ( this should be a huge jump for the stock price when it finally occurs). I have been in contact with EMR management but they are limited in what they can say due to Insider trading laws. Apparently things are still going well. We should have an announcement soon. (I'm not sure how long this means). ?day ?week ?month. *************************************************************************** This is what I think is happening…………..NOTE: my opinion only. *Bateman is a large worldwide company. *They are very, very interested in EMR's technology. (or they wouldn't have signed an MOU). *Bateman wouldn't waste their time with this technology if it wasn't legitimate. *But ……..If I was Bateman, I wouldn't make a "SIGNIFICANT INVESTMENT" in a small tech company until I did my due diligence. *I think part of Bateman's DUE DILIGENCE is to get that fully operational plant working before they COMMIT a huge amount of $$$$$ money investing in EMR. This only seems logical. *I THINK THIS TIME IS CLOSE AT HAND!!! *** All we can do now is wait. Good luck to all shareholders who are patient. All responses or comments are welcome. Gary. Ps. There are 4.4 million Warrants that will expire on April 19/ 99. These warrants are at an exercise price of $0.60 and will likely expire. This will UNDILUTE the total number of EMR's shares by 10 %. This is actually good for those Shareholders who don't hold the warrants, and bad for the people who couldn't exercise them. EMR's shares will be…….. ~35 million outstanding now and……..~40 million fully diluted. This is instead of……..~35 million now and ~45 million fully diluted. EMR will have to get more money in the next few months to run its operations, but hopefully It will come from positive cash flow ( royalties from an operating mine) and NOT from a private Placement.
