Rolling a 401K into a Roth

Dennis,
JMHO, but I do not think you can. I believe that you must first roll it over into an IRA, and then into a Roth.

However, for a definitive answer, ask the custodian to be! You know where you're going to roll it, so ask them.

For a general answer, ask your question on the taxes thread....
