djc, this is old stuff. i know i for one, am tired of talking about it. it looks like a settlement will be coming soon. and thats what everyone wants. it doesn't look like its going to cost immd anything for the settlement, except their legal expences. there will be less share outstanding if the settlement goes through as proposed, in the settlement in principal. call or e-mail peggy . maybe she can send you a copy of the lawsuit and countersuit.
