George, you said:
Greece has the best card for that, a veto against each country considering entrance in the EEC. All the continued provocations of Turkey over the Aegean and Cyprus is just a negotiating ploy and for internal consumption...They know the veto power and will not do anything stupid but they would love to have more "independent" Muslims encircling Greece from the north.

Encircling Greece?! Phew! And for which purpose, sir? What are Greece's resources? Don't forget that Greece's already one of Europe's poorest countries... Were it not for your ''Hellenic legacy'', you'd be left out in the cold --together with your fellow Turks! Ah! Ah! <vbg>
In the 1970s, Greece was nicknamed ''Colonels Dictatorship'' and you should know that when it comes to the Human Rights ladder, Greece's just a few rungs away from Turkey... Like Portugal, Mafia-led Sicilia, and other European industrial wrecks, Greece is essentially piggybacking Germany, begging each year hundreds of millions of Euros in economic welfare. Keep in mind, George, that for the average North European fellow, Greece's not really in Europe... it's Africa! Therefore, from a ''North'' standpoint, Greeks, Albanians, Serbs, Bosnians, you name it! all belong to the same breed, a barbarian one that is!
