So what's our status here? Is Misonix out of the ultrasonic soft-tissue aspiration business? Are they appealing the decision? What chance of success (in the appeal) might they have? Did the suit cover the ultrasonic scalpel they were developing? Are their other product lines still doing well? Daniel
